How a daily block is structured

Every block follows a calm progression: arrival, alignment, movement, and reset.

  • 5-minute orientation with route and terrain notes
  • 20-35 minutes of paced movement with optional intensity levels
  • 10-minute mobility and cooldown transition
  • Wrap-up cues to support independent movement between sessions
